Dimensions & Tolerances
Define envelope dimensions, fits and drawing tolerances for the application.
PRECISION BEARING SOLUTIONS PROVIDER
HCT brings together specialized bearing manufacturing resources, technical coordination and project-specific quality management to support customized bearing requirements. Each project is developed around an agreed specification, manufacturing approach and quality plan.
CUSTOM BEARING ENGINEERING
Use your drawing and operating conditions to define the scope. Feasibility and available options are confirmed for each project.

01
Define envelope dimensions, fits and drawing tolerances for the application.

02
Review material grades, hardness and heat-treatment requirements with suitable partners.

03
Specify internal clearance and running accuracy separately for speed, load and fit.

04
Compare protection, friction and lubricant needs for the operating environment.

05
Evaluate cage material and configuration against speed, temperature and lubrication.

06
Coordinate approved marking, labels, pack quantities and protective packaging.
Technical illustrations, not production photographs. Simplified geometry; not to scale. Material, sealing and cage options are subject to manufacturer and application review.
CHOOSE YOUR PROJECT ROUTE
The project scope and responsibilities are agreed before sampling or production.
Manufacturing based on customer-provided drawings, specifications and approved technical requirements.
Prepare: drawing revision, tolerances, material specification, quantities and acceptance criteria.
Engineering collaboration involving product configuration, design development and technical feasibility evaluation.
Prepare: application conditions, target performance, envelope constraints, sample details and annual demand.
Customer-specific product identification, marking, labeling and packaging solutions. Share your brand artwork, traceability and packing requirements.

OEM / ODM MANUFACTURING COORDINATION
One approved specification connects every stage. Changes are reviewed before the next release.
Capture drawings, application conditions, volumes and quality or packaging requirements.
Review technical fit, manufacturing route, responsibilities and commercial scope.
Agree samples, validation methods and the customer approval criteria.
Release the approved specification and coordinate agreed production and quality milestones.
Confirm release documents, product identification, packing and dispatch arrangements.
PROJECT FAQ
Clarify the technical brief before quotation.
For OEM, share your drawing and approved specification where available. For ODM, start with application conditions, dimensional constraints and performance targets so the missing details can be reviewed.
Sampling, validation, tooling costs and approval criteria are agreed for each project. Production release follows the approved specification and agreed customer approval.
MOQ, tooling, sample cost and lead time depend on the configuration, material, process and order quantity. These are confirmed after technical and manufacturing review.
Specify critical dimensions, material evidence, inspection methods, sampling, traceability, marking and packing needs. The parties agree which documents and checks form part of the order.
Use the inquiry below. Include application, requested changes, annual volume and quality or packaging requirements in your message, and attach the relevant drawing or specification. For additional files, mention them in the message so the team can coordinate transfer.
HCT coordinates production through specialized bearing manufacturing partners. We work with the selected partners to align technical specifications, manufacturing feasibility, quality responsibilities and delivery requirements for each project.
